At MPM Medical Supply, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
